The ReTAIE Academy

THE ReTAIE ACADEMY

Welcome Note β€” From the Founder’s Desk

Welcome to The ReTAIE Academy.

I am honoured to welcome you into this transformational journey.

The ReTAIE Principle was not created as another motivational concept. It was born from years of reflection, personal growth, spiritual insight, leadership experiences, and a deep understanding that lasting transformation begins internally before it becomes visible externally.

Many people desire change, but few understand the alignment required to sustain it. Some focus only on results, neglecting the thoughts, words, actions, attitudes, and systems that produce them. ReTAIE was designed to bridge that gap.

This 10-week journey will guide you through a process of:

β€’ deeper awareness,

β€’ renewed thinking,

β€’ intentional speech,

β€’ courageous action,

β€’ healthy attitude,

β€’ meaningful impact,

β€’ and visible evidence.

Every week is structured carefully to help you grow spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and practically. The goal is not temporary inspiration but sustainable transformation.

As you move through this program, I encourage you to approach every activity with prayer and honesty. Transformation requires sincerity, consistency, humility, and responsibility. Some days will challenge your thinking. Some reflections may feel uncomfortable. But growth often begins where honesty is embraced.

Do not rush the process.

Allow each principle to work deeply within you.

Remember:

Transformation is not accidental.

Alignment produces evidence.

My prayer is that by the end of this journey, you will not only experience personal growth but also become a source of healing, wisdom, influence, and transformation to others.

Welcome to ReTAIE:

Shift Inward. Align Upward. Impact Outward.

The ReTAIE Principle Assessment

There comes a time in every life when movement is no longer enough β€” alignment becomes necessary. This assessment is designed to help you pause, reflect, and confront your current reality with honesty and clarity.

It is not a test of intelligence, success, or spirituality. It is a tool for self-discovery, alignment, and intentional transformation.

The Eight Dimensions

R
Realisation
Awareness of truth
T
Thoughts
Your internal belief system
T*
Talk
Your spoken words
A
Action
Your behaviours and habits
I
Attitude
Your inner posture
E
Impact
Your contribution and influence
E*
Evidence
The visible results of your life
L
Legacy
What your life ultimately builds

How to Approach This

🎯
Be Honest
Answer based on your current reality, not your ideal self.
🌱
Stay Open
Be willing to confront what is uncomfortable but necessary.
πŸ’ͺ
Take Responsibility
Your results are not for judgment β€” they are for alignment and growth.

There are no "good" or "bad" scores β€” only truthful indicators.
A low score is a call for attention and transformation. A high score is a call for consistency and multiplication.

Before You Begin, Ask Yourself

  • Am I ready to see myself truthfully?
  • Am I willing to change what I discover?
  • Am I prepared to take responsibility for my growth?
